Lenovo keeps us excited for 2016, teases #KillerNote

Killer Note

Lenovo is one of my favorite mobile makers. They have an impressive device in every segment and these devices do brilliantly in their respective slots. One of their best performers this year has been the K3 Note.  A well thought out device that was a hit with the budget phablet buyers. As the year winds down, they’re telling us that 2016 will be interesting! How? Read on

Killer Note

The image above is the teaser they sent out today! Many interesting things come to mind when one sees the image. I see possibly a metal back, going by the imagery, hints at speed. So I am guessing a better performer than the K3 note and a metal back. The Lenovo design team has always impressed this year, so I am going to go on a limb and say that the looks will be premium. Recent handsets have had dual SIM and ample storage as regular features, my guess is that this one will too.

Here is what it needs to beat to be a #KILERNOTE, the predecessor, K3 Note comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p display and runs on a 1.7GHz MediaTek MT6752 octa-core 64-bit processor , it has 2GB of RAM. Internal storage is 16GB with an option of going up to 32GB using a microSD card.

Very evidently, that will take some amount of beating. Not to forget the music version of the K3 Note that had a Sound Amplifier and AnyWoofer software built in. The clarity and sound on that device was amazing. This was launched in October 2015.

Given the lineage that Lenovo phablet devices have, if the K4 Note is going to beat them all, I am definitely lining up to get one! This is Lenovo saying Happy New Year to their competitors. I am already loving 2016! Bring it on Lenovo, I am waiting! Here is the tweet from Lenovo teasing this device!
