Lenovo launches the impressive K4 Note

VIBE K4 Note

Lenovo gets into 2016 with an impressive device. They are keeping up to their established tradition of coming out with phones that look and perform amazingly. The pricing is also very very competitive this time. The Lenovo K4 Note looks like it will be a great successor to the hugely successful K3 Note that made heads turn last year. And as always they have a USP feature to go with it.

VIBE K4 Note

There is a new way to enjoy multimedia on your smartphone. Lenovo  today unveiled TheaterMax, an immersive large screen experience on smartphones powered by Lenovo Virtual Reality (VR) technology. TheaterMax can convert any multimedia content to become immersive, giving users a virtual large screen cinematic experience when viewed through a VR headset. Lenovo Vibe K4 Note is the world’s first smartphone to be launched with the TheaterMax technology.

More than 50 percent of digital content is consumed on mobile devices today, and smartphones continue to be people’s’ primary personal entertainment device. We expect the proportion will continue to grow in the future and the expectations of newer, more sophisticated functionalities along with it. Lenovo TheaterMax, powered by Lenovo VR, sets us apart with our commitment to design cutting-edge smartphones that meet the needs of consumers at an extremely friendly price-point,” said Mr. Sudhin Mathur, Director- Smartphones, Lenovo Group.

“We are obsessed with providing our customers with great value, fast and reliable delivery, and a convenient and trustworthy shopping experience across the largest selection of products. With several prestigious mobile brands already, Amazon.in is the marketplace of choice for millions of customers, who want to explore and buy a range of mobile devices. Today, we are excited to partner with Lenovo and offer the K4 Note to the Indian customers exclusively on Amazon.in,” said Amit Agarwal, Vice President and Country Manager, Amazon India.

Redefining What Multimedia Means to You

TheaterMax allows you to do so much more than just viewing media from your smartphone screen. Whether you’re coming home after a long day or chilling with friends outside, there is always a new and refreshing experience waiting to be discovered. Watch movies, videos and games come to life when you don a pair of Lenovo VR glasses, and soak in the vibrant visuals and rich surround sound.

You can also watch your favorite movies once more without the crowd with TheaterMax’s widescreen cinematics of vivid colors and immersive sound quality in your palm. Take time out from that intensive project research or even when you’re stuck for inspiration, and reward yourself with some much needed quality time with your Lenovo smartphone.

Without the need for a library of games and apps, TheaterMax turns all your existing media and games into an immersive large screen experience boasting smooth graphics, life-like surround sound and responsive 3D gameplay. Smartphones are already a hit with the young (and young at hearts) for their intuitiveness and user-friendliness, now you can say goodbye to quiet weekends and routine family gatherings. Your uncles, aunts and of course grandma, will thank you!

Featuring a vibrant 5.5” Full HD display with a 178o wide viewing angle and 1080p clarity, together with color optimization and high-contrast technologies to further enhance the quality of the visuals, the Lenovo K4 Note delivers an uncompromised entertainment experience for streaming and watching video.

The smartphone also comes with an advanced sound input and recording capabilities, if you’re aspiring to produce your own digital content. Lenovo’s configured 3-mic system and state-of-the-art Wolfson® audio codec effectively filter out ambient noise and greatly enhance sound quality during recording. K4 Note features the first-ever twin front ported stereo speakers enabled by Dolby Atmos®. These minimize noise and voice distortion when playing voice clips and songs, automatically fine-tuning any audio experience for listeners. Combined with a 13MP PDAF rear camera and a 5MP fixed-focused selfie camera, these features make K4 Note ideal for creative content producers.

The K4 Note is also built to perform. A 3300mAh embedded battery, 64-bit MediaTek® octa-core processor and 3GB of RAM combine to deliver exceptional performance, promising you undisrupted gaming, multimedia, and social experiences on even the longest days.

Storage of up to 144GB (16GB internal) along with USB-OTG support also helps users maintain easy access to a huge archive of music, movies and games, while staying securely connected with super-fast LTE speeds and security features including fingerprint and NFC sensors.

The Lenovo K4 Note’s registrations for its first flash sale on January 19, 2015 will be starting today at 3PM. Pricing for the model starts at Rs 11,999/-.
