HMD Global has recently launched a new addition to its G-Series, Nokia G11 Plus. Priced at Rs. 12, 499/-, Nokia G11 Plus comes with 5000mAh battery. Nokia G11 Plus comes with 50MP camera and has 6.5” HD+ display. It is available in two colours – Lake Blue and Charcoal Grey. Nokia G11 Plus comes with a memory capacity of 4GB and 64GB. Nokia G11 Plus is a mid-range phone which is slim and looks nice.

We got the Charcoal Grey colour device for review. We tested for its performance, camera and battery life. According to our usage, here is our review of the Nokia G11 Plus smartphone.
At a first glance, Nokia G11 Plus looks good with charcoal grey colour and the matte finish gives the device a premium look. The smartphone has curved edges which is made of polycarbonate material. In the back of Nokia G11 Plus, we can see a small rectangular frame in the top left corner where two cameras are present with LED flash. We can see a fingerprint sensor little lower. Nokia’s branding is present on the middle of the device which is the same colour of the device. On the top of the smartphone, we can see 3.5mm headphone jack and on the bottom we can find USB type c port. The left side of the Nokia G11 Plus has the SIM tray with microSD card slot and on the right side, we can see volume controls and the power button.
Appearance wise, Nokia G11 Plus looks simple and good. As far as the build quality is concerned, Nokia G11 Plus looks sturdy and we cannot see the smudges in the back. It looks slim and sleek even with the 5000mAh battery. The phone weighs 192 grams.
Nokia G11 Plus comes with a display of 6.517 inch HD+ display with aspect ratio 20:9. It comes with a refresh rate of 90Hz and with a resolution of 720 x 1600. The viewing angle of the device is good. All colours look good in the screen. The brightness is also good both in the indoors as well as outdoors. We played videos in the device and colours were good.
Nokia G11 Plus comes with Unisoc T606 chipset. This is an octa core processor with 2 cores Cortex-A75 at 1600 MHz and 6 cores Cortex-A55 at 1600 MHz. It also comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded upto 512GB using microSD card.
We tried multitasking with the device. We could not see any hanging issues in the phone. The device performed quite well. The device does not have any heating issues.
Nokia G11 Plus comes with Android 12 out of the box. We can have pure android experience with this device. There is no bloatware present in the smartphone.
Nokia G11 Plus comes with touch sampling rate of 180Hz and a refresh rate of 90Hz. This is good for gamine. We can play simple less graphic games easily. For games which need heavy graphics, this is not the phone.
Nokia G11 Plus comes with 50MP primary camera and 2MP depth sensor. LED flash is also present. We can take decent photos with Nokia G11 Plus. It also has portrait mode and night mode. It comes with panorama and time-lapse features also. We can also take slow motion videos with the device. Nokia G11 Plus has 8MP front camera. We can take decent selfie with this device.
Nokia G11 Plus comes with a battery of 5000mAh. The company claims that the battery will last for 3 days. We thought of checking this out. We charged the battery fully and used the smartphone. We could see that the battery came for 3 days with moderate usage. With heavy usage, the battery lasts for one and a half days.
Nokia G11 Plus is a 4G phone. We tried calling with the device and the call quality was good. There was no connectivity issue. Nokia G11 Plus is water resistant with IPX grading IP52.

If you want a device that is reliable device and a consistent performance and a long battery life with 50MP camera, Nokia G11 Plus is your choice. Priced at Rs. 12, 499/- Nokia G11 Plus is good for those who want the battery to last long.
