At a first glance, InFocus Vision 3 Pro looks sturdy and good.  The smartphone looks similar to its predecessor – InFocus Vision 3. The back panel is made of plastic and the front of the device has 2.5D curved glass. Dual camera is placed horizontally in the back and the fingerprint sensor is present below the camera in the centre. The volume rockers and the power button are present in the right side of the smartphone. The hybrid SIM card slot is present in the left side of the phone. The device feels little heavy on the hands but it fits into the hand comfortably. The smartphone comes with micro USB port which is present in the bottom with the speakers. Audio jack is present in the top of the phone.

The InFocus Vision 3 Pro runs on MediaTek MT6750 T Octacore chipset clocked at 1.5GHz + 1.0GHz. The performance of the smartphone is quite impressive. We could keep 4 or 5 apps open at a time and there was no lag in the performance. The device also comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM which can be extended upto 128GB via MicroSD card. We tried playing games with this device. Simple and casual games were good in this device. We do not recommend playing heavy games in this device. There was some heating while playing games.

The device comes with 4000mAh battery which lasts approximately for 2 days when we use heavily and when we use sparingly it lasts for about 5 days which is impressive.

InFocus Vision 3 comes with Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box with its own Smile UX on the top. The skin looks good and is well designed. There are no problems in the skin. But there is no app tray. So we have to keep all the apps in two are three pages. The UI comes with few bloatware like UC News.

Let us see the display of the InFocus Vision 3 Pro.  The smartphone comes with 5.7 inch HD+ display and consists of 18:9 aspect ratio. It has narrow bezels on the sides while the bezels on top and bottom of the phone is more. The display looks quite good. There were no problems when we used it. The display is comfortable to use and it produces vibrant colors in all the viewing angles. We tried using it in broad sunlight. It was visible in sunlight also.

We tried watching long videos in the smartphone. The display gives better vision and very good immersive experience. Youngsters will surely like this phone for its immersive experience.

The camera of InFocus Vision 3 Pro comes with13MP plus 8MP rear camera and 13MP front camera. The focus of the camera is slow and the photos we took were blurry and we are not satisfied with the outputs. When we took the photos in the outdoor, the photos were not impressive. The colours has a whitish shade on them.

The camera setting has some interesting modes like circle, multi, PI, artistic and effects. In the circle mode, the pictures we take is present inside a circle. The pictures taken in this mode is quite good. The settings also has a muti mode, in which we can take 4 photos at a time in the same frame which looks like a live collage.

The camera also features artistic mode, in which we can take photos and there are some templates in which we can align our photos. This looks quite interesting.  As usual the effects mode has a bunch of filter effects which we can add to the pictures we take.

The pictures we took in the outdoors and the indoors were okay. In the outdoor the images taken are washed out a tad bit when it comes to a few colors. Sometimes we get good pictures in the outdoors. It is not consistent. When we move to a shady area or indoors there are lots of noise in the picture. The selfie camera is also not impressive as it churns out pictures with lots of noise. The smartphone offers other features like the bokeh effect, beauty mode, and light up screen selfie.

Here are some sample photos taken.

InFocus Vision 3 Pro supports Wi-Fi, 4G and VoLTE. We tried using the JIO SIM and the call quality and connectivity was good. The calls were loud and clear.

Now a days all mobile phone makers re coming with face unlock feature. The face unlock feature of InFocus Vision 3 Pro is impressive. It unlocks fast with this feature and even if we change our face looking styles it unlocks well.

The fingerprint sensor present in this device unlocks faster and the users can save upto 4 sets of fingerprints and access multiple applications at the touch of a tip.

The Vision 3 PRO also comes equipped with Awinic 7th generation K class music amplifier technology, which increases the entire performance of the smartphone as a whole. It not only protects the speaker but also ensures pure and clear sound quality.

Verdict

Infocus Vision 3 Pro is not much impressive. It is sturdy and has 4000mAh battery. Other than that the camera is not perfect and has lots of noise. Those who want to use this for basic use and don’t mind about the photo quality can buy this smartphone.
